All products offered by AxiomBio Research Laboratories are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. By placing an order you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Qualified purchasers
Products are sold exclusively to:
- Verified research institutions, universities, hospitals, and government laboratories.
- Contract research organizations and analytical service laboratories.
- Independent researchers who confirm materials will be used for legitimate in-vitro research.
AxiomBio reserves the right to request institutional verification, refuse any order, or cancel an account where use appears inconsistent with these terms.
2. Not for human or veterinary use
Materials sold by AxiomBio are not intended for personal use, medical or therapeutic application, diagnostic use, veterinary application, food, cosmetic, or any use in or on humans or animals. No product should be administered to any living subject.
3. Purchaser acknowledgement
By completing a purchase, the purchaser affirms:
- They are legally permitted to purchase and possess the ordered materials in their jurisdiction.
- The materials will be used solely for in-vitro laboratory research.
- They accept full responsibility for safe handling, storage, and disposal in accordance with applicable regulations.
4. No medical or performance claims
AxiomBio makes no representation regarding therapeutic effect, disease treatment, health benefit, performance enhancement, or biological activity of any material. Published scientific references are provided for reference only.
5. Pricing, taxes, and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes and duties. Institutional purchase orders are subject to credit review.
6. Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
