Who can purchase?
Qualified researchers and laboratories. Creating an account requires selecting your research field and confirming that any products ordered will be used solely for laboratory research and will not be administered to humans or animals.
Why is pricing hidden until I sign in?
Pricing and ordering are available to registered research accounts only. Compound information, mechanism detail and certificates of analysis remain publicly accessible without an account.
How do I create an account?
Register from the account page. You will be asked for your research field, optionally your institution, and to confirm the research-use acknowledgment. Pricing becomes visible immediately once registered.
What payment methods do you accept?
ACH and bank transfer, processed securely at checkout. We expect to add card payment in future; this page will be updated when we do.
Is a certificate of analysis provided?
Yes. Each product page carries the certificate of analysis for the lot we hold, as a downloadable file you can keep with your laboratory records.
Who issues the certificates?
The certificates we publish are issued by the laboratories that tested the material at source, and we publish them as they were issued rather than summarising them. We do not operate our own analytical laboratory. We are in the process of appointing an independent laboratory to test our lots directly.
Do you retain samples?
Yes. We retain a sample from each lot we hold so material can be re-examined against the certificate it shipped with.
Can I get a certificate for a lot I ordered previously?
Yes. Contact us with your order number and we will send the certificate for the lot that was shipped.
Where do you ship?
Within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.
How quickly do orders arrive?
Orders are processed within two business days and typically arrive two to five business days after dispatch, depending on destination. Shipping within the United States is free.
How should I store these materials?
Storage conditions are compound-specific. Lyophilised peptides are generally stored frozen and protected from light; refer to the product page and certificate for the specific compound. Once reconstituted, storage requirements change.
Are these products for human or veterinary use?
No. All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not approved by the FDA, are not for human or veterinary use, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Are these products FDA approved?
No. Some compounds in the catalog share an active ingredient with an approved pharmaceutical product, but the research material we supply is not that approved product and is not represented as it. Others are investigational compounds with no approval in any jurisdiction. Each product page states which applies.
Do you offer custom synthesis?
Not at present. Our catalog is limited to the compounds listed.
Why don't your product pages describe effects?
Because these are not products for use in people, describing outcomes in people would misrepresent what is being sold. Product pages describe receptor pharmacology, signaling pathways and what the published literature reports.
Can I return an order?
Unopened and undamaged products may be returned. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and verified. See our Refund Policy for full terms.
