Refund Policy

Overview

Because we supply research chemicals whose integrity cannot be verified once a container has been opened, returns are accepted only for unopened, unused product in its original sealed packaging.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, an item must be:

  • Unopened, with the original seal intact;
  • Undamaged, with original labelling and packaging intact;
  • Stored in accordance with the conditions stated on its product page; and
  • Requested within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

Opened vials cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Once a seal is broken we cannot confirm the material's identity, purity or handling, and it cannot be returned to inventory.

How to request a return

Email sales@americanbioresearchlabs.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not ship anything back before we have confirmed the return in writing; unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and is not refunded. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot issue a refund for a return we do not receive.

Refunds

Once the returned item reaches us it is inspected to confirm it is unopened and undamaged. If it passes inspection, a refund is issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of that verification.

If the item arrives opened, damaged, or otherwise outside the conditions above, no refund is issued and the item is not returned to the customer.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive an item you did not order, contact us within five (5) business days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and contents. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including any shipping costs, at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any point before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched the return process above applies.

Non-returnable items

  • Any product whose seal has been broken;
  • Products returned more than fourteen (14) days after delivery;
  • Products damaged by improper storage after delivery;
  • Products returned without prior written authorisation.

All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, are not for human or veterinary use, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Purchasing confirms your acceptance of these terms.
