Shipping Policy

Where we ship
American BioResearch Labs LLC ships within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally, and we cannot accept orders with an international delivery address.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within two (2) business days of payment clearing. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes two (2) to five (5) business days depending on destination.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed at weekends or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
A tracking number is issued by email once your order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within three business days of ordering, contact sales@americanbioresearchlabs.com.
Order verification
All orders require a registered research account and a completed research-use acknowledgment. Orders that do not meet these requirements will not be dispatched and will be refunded in full.
Damaged or missing shipments
Inspect your order on arrival. Report any damage in transit or missing items within five (5) business days of delivery to sales@americanbioresearchlabs.com, including your order number and photographs of the packaging and contents.
Claims made after five business days may not be accepted, as we cannot verify the condition of the material after that point.
Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address may be reshipped at the customer's cost.
Storage on arrival
Storage requirements are compound-specific and are stated on each product page. We are not responsible for material that degrades because it was not stored appropriately after delivery.
Research use only
All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, are not for human or veterinary use, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
